Announcement on the Relocation of Pacific Peak Capital Partners LTD Headquarters to the United States and SEC License Application

In order to further expand our global business landscape and enhance our service capabilities, Pacific Peak Capital Partners LTD (the “Company”) plans to relocate its headquarters from its current office location to the United States in 2022. This headquarters relocation is a significant part of our global development strategy, aimed at better seizing opportunities in the US and global financial markets and providing our clients with more professional, compliant, and efficient asset management services.

At the same time, the Company has officially submitted the relevant license application to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC is a federal agency responsible for regulating the US securities market, protecting investors’ interests, and maintaining market fairness and efficiency. Approval and supervision by the SEC will help the Company further expand its business in the US market and ensure that we provide asset management services to our global clients in accordance with international standards.
